Arrive Kumta 7 AM, beach-side check-in, welcome beach play, breakfast. 11 AM: Agastya Cave exploration through natural rock formations. Lunch. 4:30 PM: Cliffside sunset watching the sun drop into the Arabian Sea. Dinner followed by a grounding session.

Culture, Land & Water
Morning local lifestyle exploration, breakfast. 10 AM: Agri tour with Dr. Nagraj Naik — learn and connect with land and food. Check-out & lunch. 2:30 PM: Visit a calm river stream to relax and slow down. 5 PM: Begin return. Reach Bangalore ~6 AM Monday.
