8:00 PM departure from Bangalore. An overnight journey into the forests of Uttara Kannada.
Day 1
Forest, Water & Stillness
Arrive at Manchikere homestay, breakfast & briefing. Visit Sahasralinga — a mystical site where hundreds of Shiva Lingas are carved into river stones. Explore a hidden natural water stream. Lunch & rest. Late afternoon off-road drive through forest terrain, short offbeat trek to viewpoint. Sunset views with coffee & snacks. Dinner & campfire.
Day 2
Culture & Connection
Morning nature walk, breakfast. Journey into the forest to meet the Siddi community. Spend time understanding their lifestyle, ecosystem, and culture. Experience an energetic tribal dance. Late lunch. Begin return journey to Bangalore. Reach ~4 AM next morning.
